    What we can help with

    • Carrier SIM unlock eligibility inquiries for supported iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel models.
    • IMEI carrier and blacklist checks (pending provider connection).
    • Staff review of your device and carrier status before any service.
    • Clear, upfront communication — no hidden fees, no charges until you approve.

    What we do NOT do

    • We do not remove Apple Activation Lock or Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP).
    • We do not guarantee removal of a phone from a blacklist database.
    • We do not bypass screen locks, PINs, or biometric security.
    • We do not process unlocks for devices you do not own.

    Carrier Unlock Inquiry

Tell us about your device and carrier. Our staff reviews every request and responds — we will not charge you or begin any unlock until you approve.

Find your IMEI by dialing *#06# on your phone or checking Settings.

A staff member will review your request and respond by email. This is Phase 1 — no live unlock or payment is processed.

Your IMEI and contact details are stored securely and visible only to authorized staff. We collect the minimum information needed to review your request, never publish IMEI numbers publicly, and do not share them with third parties until a provider is connected and you approve the service. See our Privacy Policy.

SIM unlocking vs. security locks. Carrier (SIM) unlocking lets your phone work on other networks. It does not remove Apple Activation Lock, Google FRP, screen PINs, or blacklist entries. We do not offer security-lock removal.
    FAQ

    Phone unlocking questions

Phone unlocking (SIM or carrier unlocking) removes the carrier lock that ties a phone to one network, so it can accept a compatible SIM card from another carrier. It is a network-level service and is different from removing a screen lock, Apple Activation Lock, or Google Factory Reset Protection (FRP).

    Have an IMEI to check?

Run a 15-digit IMEI checksum and submit a carrier or blacklist check request for staff review.
